Simon Gamboa has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Simon started their career as a Sales Data Management Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2006. Over the years, they held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Virtual Reality Manager, Digital Marketing Leader for Brazil and LatAm Multibrand, and Senior Project Manager for Business Solutions. Notably, they led a global ecommerce project focused on Western Europe countries.
In 2018, Simon joined Tapps Games as the Head of User Acquisition, where they led a high-performance team and managed an 8-figure budget for paid user acquisition and organic distribution. Simon then moved on to Pipa Studios as a User Acquisition Consultant, where they reviewed and restructured UA processes and developed ads monetization strategies for their main titles.
Simon's expertise in user acquisition led him to The Other Guys, where they served as the Head of User Acquisition for a brief period. Afterwards, they explored a different field by working as a Ceramics Teacher and Ceramist at Atelier Regina Esher.
In 2021, Simon joined TikTok as a Client Solutions Manager, initially responsible for the Growth Clients portfolio and later transitioning to focus on the Gaming Vertical. Simon played a key role in starting the company's transformation in Brazil and was recognized as an official Subject Matter Expert for Signals and an expert in Policies for all verticals.
In 2022, Simon joined Meta as a Client Solutions Manager for Gaming. Simon successfully grew the gaming and real money gaming industries in LATAM and established strong client relationships, leading to significant growth for LATAM Gaming.
Most recently, Simon joined Singular in 2023 as a Customer Success Manager, leveraging their experience and skills to ensure customer success.
Simon Gamboa attended the Universidad Simón BolÃvar from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Electronics Engineering.
