Traci Lim is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Singlife since January 2023. Prior to this role, Traci worked at SAP from January 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included co-leading an international scrum team focused on MLOps and InfraOps for over 25 use cases, ensuring operational stability for significant cloud deployments, and designing a legal search engine product. Earlier experience includes a data science internship at DHL Express and private tutoring in mathematics. Traci holds a Master of Science in Applicable Mathematics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Economics from the University of London and SIM Global Education, complemented by a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality from Singapore Polytechnic.
