Ricky Davis has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Ricky started their career in 2007 as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps. After leaving the military in 2011, they worked as a Security Officer at GUARDSMARK LLC for a year. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Forklift Operator at Blick Art Materials before joining Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk as a Security Officer in 2016.

In 2017, Ricky transitioned to the tech industry and joined Zendesk as a Customer Advocate. After a year, they took on the role of E-learning Designer at the same company, responsible for designing training materials. In 2019, Ricky moved to another tech company called Singlewire Software, where they currently work as a Customer Success Specialist.

In 2015, Ricky briefly worked as a Level Designer at Fourth Axis LLC, specializing in creating game maps and assets using Maya and Unreal Engine.

Ricky Davis attended Galesburg High School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a general degree with a field of study in general studies. After completing high school, Ricky enrolled in Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) from 2012 to 2016. Ricky pursued a degree in Video Game Art and specialized in animation, interactive technology, video graphics, and special effects. Additionally, Ricky holds two certifications from the US Marine Corps. In 2010, they obtained a certification as an Improvised Explosive Device Detector Dog Handler, and in 2012, they became a certified firing range coach.
