Nick Pongratz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nick started their career in 2003 as a Programmer at UW Madison Computer Sciences Department - Condor (now HTCondor). In 2004, they joined Collegians For A Constructive Tomorrow (CFACT) where they held various positions including Regional Director, IT Director, and Campus Organizer until 2007. From 2008 to 2010, Nick worked at CDW as a Network Voice Associate Engineer, and later as a Software Engineer until 2015. Currently, they are working as a Systems Engineer at Singlewire Software, a role they have held since 2015.
Nick Pongratz holds a BS degree in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) from Cisco in August 2018, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP Routing and Switching) from Cisco in February 2009, and CCNP Voice from Cisco in February 2011.
