Spencer Broomhead is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud database support and system maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Database Support Engineer II at SingleStore since July 2018, Spencer has previously held roles as a Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a NOC Technician at Jive Software, where system health was monitored in a 24/7 environment, and delivering support in an IT Helpdesk role at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, addressing a wide range of technical issues. Spencer's early career also includes an IT Technician Internship with the City of Rexburg and roles in customer service positions. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho, obtained in 2014.
