Franklin Ramlal has extensive experience in operations management within the commercial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at SinglePoint Group International Inc since October 2005, Franklin focuses on commercial collection operations across Canada and the USA. Prior to this role, Franklin held the position of Director of Operations at iQor / CBCL from May 2003 to October 2005, and served as Branch Operations Manager at Equifax Canada Co. from March 1998 to May 2003.
