Victor Ekong currently serves as the Director of Platform Engineering and Director of Design and Architecture at Singtel since October 2022. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Principal Architect and Director for Financial Services in the Asia Pacific region at Solace from September 2019 to November 2024, focusing on thought leadership in event-driven data solutions. Victor also founded and led CorelDMS as CEO from 2016 to 2019. From 2007 to 2016, Victor was the Senior Vice President and Head of Market Data Services for the Asia Pacific region at Citigroup, overseeing market data operations across multiple assets. Earlier experiences include roles at Citigroup as Vice President of Open Systems Engineering and at Thomson Reuters as a Market Data Systems Engineer. Victor holds a Master of Science in Executive Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology, degrees in Quantitative Finance from Stanford University, and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
