Raphael Lee is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Lifecycle Marketing & Advanced Analytics at Singtel since September 2006, Raphael leads efforts to modernize marketing capabilities across the consumer base, managing customer value for various services. Previous roles at Singtel include Senior Director of Analytics Enablement and Business Director to the Group CTO, focusing on data-driven insights and strategies for business transformation. Raphael's career began at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore as a Communications Specialist, and educational achievements include an MBA from the University of Birmingham, a Graduate Diploma in Business and Finance from Southern Cross University, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Western Sydney University, and a Diploma in Product Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic.
