Peter Kaliaropoulos currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Optus since November 2023. Previously, Peter worked in business consulting, advising senior executives on transforming operations and enhancing customer focus from July 2022 to December 2023. Peter has held significant leadership roles including CEO positions at StarHub, Zain KSA, and Batelco, along with senior advisory roles in various ICT companies across Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. Peter's extensive experience includes leadership positions at renowned organizations such as BT, Telstra, SingTel Optus, Ooredoo, and Zain Group. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from UNSW.
