Jesviinder Padda is the Head of Development at Singapore Repertory Theatre, a position held since January 2022, focusing on enhancing donor engagement and financial commitment to the organization's mission through strategic fundraising initiatives. Prior to this, Jesviinder served as Senior Manager for Fundraising, Sponsorship & CSR at Food from the Heart from January 2018 to December 2021, where a robust Development function was built, fostering relationships with major donors and executing various fundraising activities. Earlier experience includes the role of Fundraising & Volunteer Manager at AWARE from May 2013 to December 2017, where innovative fundraising strategies were designed and implemented. Jesviinder also held a managerial position at Physio Aesthetics Pte Ltd from August 2010 to March 2012, overseeing operations across both the Aesthetics and Physiotherapy Centres. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Advertising, and Marketing from the University of Canberra and a Diploma in Mass Communications from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
