Leslie Loo is the Director of Programmes Food, Chemical and Biotechnology at Singapore Institute of Technology. Leslie was previously an Assistant Professor at Nanyang Technological University from January 2004 to December 2016.

Leslie Loo received their PhD in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Leslie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
