Sheikh M. has extensive experience across various managerial and leadership roles, currently serving as a Manager at the Public Service Division since October 2020. Previously, Sheikh worked at the Singapore Civil Defence Force as a Unit Commander (NS), where achievements included receiving the 4th NS Excellence Award in 2023 and multiple awards in earlier positions, such as 3rd NS Excellence Award in 2020 and 1st NS Excellence Award in 2015. Additional roles include Team Lead (Enforcement) at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore, Compliance Manager and DPO at AntiHACKme Pte Ltd, Assistant Operations Manager at Hyreed Logistics & Consultant, and Management Executive at the Ministry of Manpower. Sheikh holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Murdoch University and diplomas in Business Information Systems and Modern Applied Psychology.
