Musa Fazal currently serves as the Chief Policy Officer at the Singapore Business Federation since December 2023 and is a Board Member of the National Parks Board. Previously, Musa held the position of Senior Director in the Futures, Strategy and Plans Division at the Ministry of Trade and Industry from April 2021 to November 2023. Additional roles include Group Director at SkillsFuture SG, Divisional Director in the Skillsfuture Division at the Ministry of Education, and Divisional Director at the Ministry of Manpower overseeing the Income Security Policy Division. Earlier experience includes a directorial role in the Childcare Division at the Ministry of Social and Family Development and various positions at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Musa earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
