Songul Basak has extensive experience in the airline industry, having worked at Singapore Airlines since May 2005, progressing from a Customer Services Officer to holding senior roles in E-Commerce & Communications and Sales Operations. Currently, as a Senior Associate in E-Commerce & Communications since May 2017, Songul Basak contributes to strategic initiatives that enhance online and communication platforms. Songul Basak completed education at Istanbul University and Beşiktaş Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi.
