Ryan Pua is an experienced leader in the aviation industry, currently serving as Divisional Vice President of Cabin Crew at Singapore Airlines since May 2017, where responsibilities include managing cabin crew operations and performance. Previously, Ryan held the position of Divisional Vice President of Loyalty Marketing, overseeing the KrisFlyer loyalty program and its evolution into a lifestyle-centric rewards system. Ryan's career at Singapore Airlines began in various roles, including Senior Manager for Performance Management & Development and Manager for Network Revenue Development, along with prior experience at SilkAir as Vice President of Commercial. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore, complemented by education at Victoria Junior College and Anglican High School.
