Kim Gim Sim has extensive experience in the aviation industry, having worked at Singapore Airlines since May 2013. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience Management, Kim has also held the position of Vice President of Cabin Crew Planning and Operations. Prior to this, Kim was Senior Manager of Program Management for the Passenger Booking and Sales System from 2008 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the Institute of Systems Science and a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore.
