Regina T. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Head of Production Engineering at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) since September 2018. Previously, Regina held the position of Aerospace Technical Lead at Cyient from September 2015 to August 2018, and served as a Senior Repair Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney from November 2013 to September 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Repair Engineer at GE Power from December 2011 to November 2013, as well as Repair Engineer and Product Engineer at GE Aviation from August 2006 to December 2011. Regina obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School between 2015 and 2018 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2006. Regina’s academic foundation began at Temasek Junior College from 2000 to 2001.
