Elton Juan HK is an experienced professional in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Head of Business Improvement at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited since October 2016. Previously, Elton held the position of Business Improvement Manager at International Engine Component Overhaul Pte Ltd from November 2007 to October 2016, where Elton also achieved Rolls Royce Black Belt certification. Elton's career began as an Equipment Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor at Micron Semiconductor Asia from January 2000 to May 2001, followed by a role as Senior Engineer at AFPD Pte Ltd (AUO) from June 2001 to October 2007. Elton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from Loughborough University, obtained between 1997 and 1999, along with a foundational education from Nanyang Polytechnic and Monks Hill Secondary.
