Stefano Castiglia is an experienced professional in the operations and engineering sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sinerga SpA since April 2022, focusing on the cosmetics and dermo-pharmaceutical industry. Prior to this role, Stefano was Operations Manager at Amazon, overseeing outbound departments in a robotic fulfillment center. From July 2011 to June 2021, Stefano held positions at Mazzucchelli 1849 as Production Supervisor and at Sessaklein spa as Technical Manager, where responsibilities included the manufacturing of cellulose acetate for eyewear and the design of railway interiors, respectively. Earlier experiences include a role in industrial design at Bticino and as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Stanley Works, a position that involved optimizing production processes. Stefano holds a Laurea Magistrale in Design & Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, completed in 2009.
