Marije Dirkx, MSc, currently serves as the Quality Director at Sinclair, leading initiatives to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety while overseeing compliance with global regulatory requirements. Previous roles include Process Technology Manager at Sinclair, where local leadership responsibilities included team management and process validation, and teaching biology at Kennemer College. Marije held positions at Kiadis Pharma as a Cell Process Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed project management for photodynamic treatment devices, and as a Pharmaceutical Specialist at MSD Nederland, improving quality and compliance.
