Lucy Benson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Sinclair Pharma since September 2019, Lucy has previously held solicitor roles at Rubix and Brammer Group, contributing to significant transactions including the acquisition of Servisair ground handling operations and a £19.5 million takeover of Ultimate Finance Group by Renovo Group plc. Lucy's career began at DWF, where roles included Senior Solicitor, Corporate, and Trainee Solicitor. Lucy holds an MA in Political Theory and a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
