Steven Yos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steven started their career as a mentor and liaison consultant at Binus University, where they provided guidance and support to students. Steven then worked as a market research intern at MTI Consulting, conducting research on the lubricants industry. Next, they interned at PT PLN (Persero) as an administration intern, assisting with learning and growth administration tasks. After that, they worked at OPPO as a trainer manager and region store PIC. Steven then held a position as an international marketing (export) professional at PT. Medan Tropical Canning & Frozen Industries. Following this, they served as a country sales manager at CCP (Container, Chassis & Parts, Inc), responsible for global sales of transportation and construction equipment. Steven also gained experience as an assistant purchaser at LILIPINSO, where they conducted market studies and evaluated suppliers. Additionally, they worked as an international business development professional at SAUR, focusing on water and waste management services. More recently, they served as a business intelligence analyst at Nijhuis Saur Industries, delivering sustainable solutions for water use and resource recovery. Most recently, they joined Sinay as an international sales representative, where they help maritime companies optimize their operations through data management.
Steven Yos has a diverse education history. Steven began their educational journey at SMA W.R Supratman 1 Medan, where they completed their high school education in the field of Social Science from 2008 to 2011. Following this, in 2012, they attended Mahidol University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business/Managerial Economics.
In 2013, they briefly studied at Ateneo de Manila University, focusing on ASEAN in Today's World. However, the degree name for this period is unspecified. Later on, from 2011 to 2015, they attended BINUS University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economy (Bachelor of Economy) with a concentration in Business Management (Entrepreneurial).
Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Steven Yos pursued further education at IAE Montpellier, culminating in a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce, specifically a Master Ingénieur d'affaires à l'international.
