Kam Hekmat is the President of Indivest, Inc., a boutique real estate development, investment, and management company based in Westwood Village. For thirty years he has developed, constructed, renovated, and managed a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including the Center West office building and Plaza La Reina hotel and residence in Westwood Village.

Kam has lived, studied, and worked in the United States since 1959, and moved to Los Angeles in 1973. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce/West Los Angeles Business Improvement District and is also a member of the UCLA Chancellor’s Associates.
