Rachel Nelson, MS, RDN, LDN, currently serves as a Registered Dietitian at Community Servings, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel gained extensive experience at Cornell University from August 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a Graduate Student Researcher, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Dietetic Intern. Notably, Rachel was a Research Assistant at the University of Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from March 2019 to September 2019, contributing to a study focused on cooking as a weight control intervention in overweight adults. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Cornell University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (2016-2020).
