Matt Wilson is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at SimVentions since 2007, where Matt also leads the Human Systems Technology group and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012. Prior to SimVentions, Matt worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Sonalysts from 2001 to 2007, leading the NSWC Dahlgren HSI Lab and developing various tools for human systems integration. Earlier experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at TEOCO, where Matt developed a graphical user interface for web applications, and a Software Engineer position at Computer Sciences Corporation from 1993 to 1998. Matt holds dual BS degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington.
