Elizabeth (Libby) Girard has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SimVentions since July 2019. Prior to this role, Libby worked as a Recruiter at Quarles, Inc. from April 2017 to July 2019 and held the position of Recruiting & Benefits Coordinator at the American Chemistry Council from December 2004 to August 2010. Libby's career began in the US Army, where Libby served as a Specialist from October 1996 to September 1998. Libby holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Forsyth Tech, earned between 2001 and 2003.
