Mohamed Elnourani is a Postdoctoral Researcher at both OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University and Simula Research Laboratory, positions held since June 2023. Previously, Elnourani worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at WISENET Center and the University of Agder from January 2017 to April 2023, also serving as a PhD Research Fellow during that time. Elnourani's academic career began as a Lecturer at the University of Khartoum from December 2008 to December 2016, alongside a tenure in planning at Sudatel Telecom Group, Ltd from 2010 to 2016. Elnourani holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Khartoum (2000-2005).
