Justin Lyon has had a successful career in the business and technology industry. Justin started their career in 1995 as the President of ArachNet. In 1999, they moved to AGENCY.COM as a Senior Strategist, where they trained and mentored Analysts and Strategists. In 2001, they became a Sales and Marketing Consultant for Hawkeye | FFwd, where they helped launch the UK FFWD brand in North America. In 2011, they began working as an Information and Physical Security Contractor for the Bank of England. In 2017, they became the CEO of Simudyne, a pioneering simulation software company.

Justin Lyon attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BS in Biochemistry. In 2001 to 2002, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for System Dynamics. In 2018, they attended the Cambridge Judge Business School for the Barclays Scale Up UK Programme.
