Heather Virgulti has an extensive work experience in the senior care industry. Heather started their career in 2004 at Home Instead Senior Care, where they developed the Delaware County territory and established strong relationships with referral providers. In 2009, they joined Senior Helpers as the Director of Sales and Marketing, where they successfully grew the office into a million-dollar business and networked throughout the county in various areas of senior care. In 2012, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Freedom Village Brandywine, a Brookdale Senior Living community. Currently, they hold the position Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Simpson Senior Services, where they have been since 2018.

Heather Virgulti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Lycoming College between 1977 and 1981.
