Laura G. currently serves as the Director of Global Operations & Strategy and Chief of Staff at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where important contributions include partnering with the COO on operational improvement programs and enhancing organizational procedures. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Director and Head of Business Management at Alvarez & Marsal, responsible for business management and financial planning in support of the Global Transaction Tax practice. Laura also served as Director of Business Management for Global Risk, Change & Transformation at Barclays, managing significant annual budgets and supporting a large global team. Laura G. earned an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics and Sociology from UC San Diego.
