Alison Underwood is a seasoned legal recruiting professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment processes at top law firms, currently serving as Legal Recruiting Manager at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP since January 2022, and previously holding the same title at Milbank LLP from July 2015 to January 2022.
