Shawn Ellis is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in warehouse management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Regional Warehouse Manager at Simpson Strong-Tie since April 2022, Shawn oversees operations across multiple states including Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland, and Connecticut. Prior roles include District Operations Manager and Installation Manager at McCormick Equipment Company, and Inbound Supply Chain Manager at Mars, where management of approximately 30 direct and indirect reports involved overseeing a $250M inbound supply chain. Shawn's career began at Stanley Steemer International, Inc., where leadership in establishing new branch operations and developing training programs contributed to operational success.
