Roy Hartanto has over two decades of experience in application support, currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Simpson Grierson since January 2004. In this role, Roy is responsible for addressing software and application issues and serves as the initial point of escalation for the IT team. Prior to this position, Roy worked as a Primary Analyst at Gen-i Limited from 2001 to 2004. Roy holds a degree from Auckland University of Technology, where studies were completed between 1997 and 1999.
