Bala Kasiviswanathan serves as the Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer at Simpplr and has a diverse background in product management and leadership roles. Previously, Bala held the position of Chief Product Officer at Tidal, part of X, the moonshot factory, and served as an advisor at Simpplr. Bala's expertise was further honed as the Director of Product Management for Google Cloud API Management at Google and as VP of Product Management & Product Marketing at Apigee, a company acquired by Google. Bala holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
