Donald Lew is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in both the insurance and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at SimplyInsured since August 2019, Donald leads project and people management for a B2B insur-tech startup focused on health insurance for small to medium-sized businesses. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead for Mapping at Cruise Automation, where Donald managed processes for a self-driving car technology team, and positions at Omni Hotels & Resorts and Axiom Hotel, which highlighted expertise in customer service and operational excellence in high-volume environments.
