Gabriel Acuna is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Manager at SimplyHome since September 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Accountant. Prior to SimplyHome, Gabriel worked at ABM Industries as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant from March 2017 to September 2020. Early career experience includes a role as Bookkeeper and Coach at Houston Sword Sports, where responsibilities involved managing financial records and teaching fencing to youth. Gabriel also trained as a Student Athlete at the University of Notre Dame, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting while contributing to the team’s success in three conference championships. Gabriel's foundational skills in finance and teamwork were cultivated during education at Salle Mauro Fencing Academy and further developed through an internship at Montgomery County United Way.
