Allison Hendricks is an experienced professional in stakeholder engagement and community engagement. Allison has been working in the field since 1991. Allison began their career as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Manidis Roberts Consultants, where they managed the strategic planning and communications team and held a position on the management board. In 1996, they founded their own consulting business, Allison Hendricks Consulting Pty Ltd, to provide strategic advice to government and private sector clients on stakeholder relations, policy, strategic planning and plan implementation. Allison then moved to Lend Lease as a Regional Marketing Manager in Asia, before joining Sinclair Knight Merz as a Senior Consultant in Community Engagement. In 2003, they became a member of the Australasian Committee of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2). In 2017, they co-founded the National Community Engagement in Infrastructure Forum, and in 2018 they released a new product, Simply Stakeholders, a stakeholder management software designed to help people and organisations just starting out on their stakeholder engagement journey. Allison is currently the CEO and Founder of Darzin- Stakeholder Engagement Software.
Allison Hendricks received their MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School between 1993 and 1995, studying Business. Prior to that, they obtained their BE (Civil) from the University of Sydney between 1985 and 1990, studying Engineering.
