Lorraine Witten is an experienced Independent Director and Board Chair with a diverse background in energy, logistics, technology, and security sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director for Mercury NZ and MOVE Logistics Group, Lorraine also holds positions as Board Chair for Rakon and Simply Security Limited, alongside directorship at vWork. Previously, Lorraine was Managing Director of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and served as Independent Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Pushpay. Notable past roles include Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Horizon Energy Group Limited, Advisory Board Member for the Department of Corrections NZ, and a member of the Global Women's Network. Lorraine Witten earned a Bachelor of Management Studies in International Finance from The University of Waikato.
