Eilin has held positions such as Chief people & culture officer, HR director, and HR manager, where Eilin has been responsible for strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, recruitment, and change management. Eilin also has experience in organizational development and training. Eilin holds degrees in Service management and Hotel og restaurant from the University of Stavanger.
