Victor Serna, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Labor Relations at J.R. Simplot Company, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Director at Amentum from March 2020 to September 2023, and a similar position at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from July 2008 to February 2020. Victor also held the role of Labor Relations Manager at URS Corporation and served as HR Division Manager at Battelle (Pacific Northwest National Lab/Idaho National Lab) from February 2005 to July 2008. Earlier in the career, Victor was the Labor Relations Area Manager at Bechtel from 2000 to 2005. Victor holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University, complemented by education from Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Business School.
