Taffy Johnson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering and project management. At J.R. Simplot Company since August 2011, Taffy Johnson has held various roles, including Process Engineering Manager, overseeing process engineers and safety managers, and leading the process lab. Prior experience includes positions at Americas Styrenics LLC, where responsibilities ranged from managing capital projects and process safety efforts to coordinating product quality. Earlier work at The Dow Chemical Company involved managing the plant's Management of Change program and maintaining a reactive chemicals program. Taffy Johnson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
