Jim Dumdei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and sales within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Senior Production Manager at J.R. Simplot Company since August 2020, Jim previously held the position of Director of Seed Production at Pinnacleâ„¢ Agriculture, where responsibilities included developing production plans and implementing market strategies. Prior roles included Regional Sales Manager at Latham Hi-Tech Seeds and Director of Production/Quality Assurance at Corn Capital Innovations, where Jim focused on production forecasting and sales collaboration. Earlier in the career, Jim gained experience as Safety/Quality Technician Manager at Monsanto and as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Draftsman at Katolight Corporation. Jim holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria Technical and Community College.
