Saskia Altman is an experienced Food Technologist currently working at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since August 2021. Prior to this role, Saskia was employed at Not a Trace from July 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating production trials, ensuring compliance with the quality management system, and managing product specifications and packaging. Previous experience also includes serving as Quality Systems Coordinator at Kez's Kitchen, overseeing quality assessments and efficiency projects, and working at Coles as a Store Team Member. Furthermore, a research and development internship at Mondelēz International provided exposure to quality processes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Food and Packaging Innovation from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition from RMIT University.
