Kelly R Lepley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and executive coaching. Currently serving as Business Operations Manager and CX Loyalty Operations Manager at SimpliSafe since October 2022, Kelly previously owned Summit Solutions Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where expertise in competency-based learning, leadership development, and organizational strategy was demonstrated. With a long tenure at Y in Central Maryland, Kelly held multiple executive roles, including Executive Director, and was instrumental in leading operational and strategic initiatives. Kelly also contributed to fitness management as Assistant Director and Fitness Specialist at MidAtlantic Corporate Health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and coaching credentials from iPEC Coaching.
