Prior to this role, Fred was the Partner and U.S. Managing Director at LeadToSuccess BV, where expertise in advisory, coaching, and training flourished from 2018 to 2023. Fred's impressive career includes significant positions at Cimpress, Vistaprint, Keane, CGI-AMS, Buysense, and EDS, with a focus on operational strategy, manufacturing technology, and business development that consistently drove efficiency and cost reductions.
