Carolina Pietrani currently serves as the Head of CX Brasil and Project Manager for LATAM at SimpliRoute, having joined the company in June 2023. Previously, Carolina held the position of Onboarding Specialist at JN2 e-commerce expert from October 2021 to June 2023, focusing on High Touch client onboarding and B2B relationships while using project management and communication tools like Teamwork, Movidesk, and Slack. Carolina also worked as the Proprietor of Santità, an e-commerce fashion brand, from August 2019 to March 2023, overseeing the brand's establishment and digital marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Estação da moda. Carolina holds an MBA in Agile Project Management from XP Educação and has a background in Business Administration and Computer Science, complemented by various specialized courses in areas such as Customer Success, Neuromarketing, and Power BI.
