Shiben Sheth's work experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at Simplify Healthcare since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Assistant for the OM&IS Department at Northern Illinois University from January 2018 to December 2018. In this role, they assisted Dr. Charles Petersen and provided support for subjects like Supply Chain Systems and Operations Analysis. Shiben also served as a Graduate Consultant at AMITA Health from August 2017 to December 2017. During this time, they worked on the implementation of the AMITAmate Concept, creating a feasibility study and business case document. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Project Coach at UniCarriers Americas Corporation from January 2018 to May 2018. In this role, they were involved in a research study on the future impact of Automated Guided Vehicles on the material handling market.

Shiben Sheth completed a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at Northern Illinois University from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, in March 2023, Shiben obtained a certification in Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration from the PMI® Registered Education Provider.
