Wendy Smith is an experienced SQA Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and software testing across various companies. At Simplifile since September 2015, Wendy has successfully enhanced QA processes. Previously, as a Sr SQA Engineer and QA Lead at Vivint, significant contributions included leading integration testing with SalesForce, ServiceNow, and Azotel, managing QA metrics, and facilitating Agile training. Earlier roles at Symantec involved leading teams in Event Management and analyzing code coverage, while earlier positions at eFileCabinet, PowerQuest, and WordPerfect provided foundational experience in development services and technical support. Wendy holds a BS in Information Technology and has completed various certifications related to Agile methodologies.
