Niko Kantouros has over 13 years of work experience. Niko started their career in 2006 as a Project Engineer at Shook Construction. In 2011, they moved on to become an Implementation Consultant at TMW Systems. In 2014, they joined SimplicityPOS as VP of Operations, where they were responsible for linking hospitality POS systems through a single cloud-based interface. In 2015, they became Solutions Manager at TTL Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for architecting solution design and validation of future state processes. In 2017, they joined Descartes MacroPoint as an Implementation Engineer. Most recently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Proformex.

Niko Kantouros attended The University of Toledo from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a BS in Construction Engineering.
