Rafał Oliwkowski has a diverse work experience in the field of programming and software development. Rafał started their career in 2018 as a Refurbishment Operator at Sims Recycling Solutions. Following that, they worked at Bazy i Systemy Bankowe Spółka z o.o., where they held multiple roles including Junior .NET Programmer, Programmer, and Intern. During their time there, they worked on projects for clients in the banking and insurance industries, focusing on software development, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. In 2021, Rafał joined IT-SOLVE Business Partner as a Back-end Developer, where they were responsible for developing small and medium-sized solutions for clients, both as a backend developer for larger projects and as a full-stack developer for smaller implementations. Rafał is currently employed at Simplicity as a Back-end Developer.

Rafał Oliwkowski attended Uniwersytet Kazimierza Wielkiego from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Inżynier (Inż.) degree in the field of study of Informatyka.
